General Meeting of Members
to be held on Monday, June 4, 2012
A general meeting of the members of the Jazz Is Society of Alberta (the "Society") will be held at the Cliff Bungalow-Mission Community Association, 2201 Cliff Street SW, Calgary, Alberta on Monday, June 4, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. (Calgary time) to:
1. consider and, if thought desirable, to pass a special resolution to rescind the existing bylaws of the Society dated October 12, 1999, as such bylaws have been subsequently amended, and to approve new bylaws of the Society which are substantially in the form which accompany this notice; and
. 2. transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. If you would like to receive a copy of the proposed new bylaws by mail, please contact the Society by email at and a copy will be provided free of charge.
